Two partnership models
Choose the one that suits you. Terms are fixed in writing before the first project.
Model 1
Client referral (commission)
We pass you the client's contact and the project details. You negotiate and work with the client directly, under your own name and contract.
- You run the project and set your own price
- Commission is paid only after you receive the client's advance
- If you don't take the job — you pay nothing
Commission: roughly 5–10% of the contract value — depends on the type and scope of work, agreed in advance.
Model 2
Subcontracting
The client contract stays with MPM Design. You carry out the work at an agreed rate, while we answer to the client for the result and handover.

- The work rate is agreed before the project starts
- MPM handles the handover and warranty towards the client

Nothing. Applying and participating is free. You only pay a commission on a job you actually win (model 1) — or pay nothing at all and get paid for the work you perform (model 2, subcontracting).
In the referral model — you: the contract and warranty are yours, and you work under your own name. In subcontracting, MPM Design holds the contract: we answer to the client for the result, and you answer to us for the quality of the work.
In writing, before the first project is forwarded. For each project, the percentage or rate is confirmed in advance — no retroactive changes.
No. The partnership works one way — we forward projects to you. Your clients remain yours, and we never use them for any marketing.
