System design, installation and commissioning
MPM Design selects the solution, supplies the equipment and coordinates the project. Installation, commissioning and servicing of technical protection systems is carried out by a licensed partner (MUP licence) under a direct contract with the client; smart home and automation we install ourselves.
Video surveillance with AI analytics
We select and supply IP surveillance systems of any scale — from 2 cameras in an apartment to distributed systems with hundreds of channels — and manage the project from configuration to handover; installation and commissioning is performed by a licensed partner. Cameras carry on-board neural analytics: licence plate recognition (LPR), people and object detection, perimeter protection without false alarms from animals or weather. Footage is stored on a local NVR or in hybrid mode with a cloud copy on our own EU servers, accessible from your phone anywhere.
Access control & perimeter protection
Access control solutions for buildings and premises — selection, supply and implementation support (installation by a licensed partner): Mifare cards, biometrics (fingerprint, face recognition), mobile access from a smartphone — including passes in Apple / Google Wallet. Video intercoms, turnstiles, barriers, gate automation. On large sites we protect the perimeter with thermal cameras and AI intrusion analytics — the system spots an intruder before they get inside.
Smart home & building automation
Automation of apartments, houses and commercial buildings: lighting, climate, blinds, multiroom, leak detection and energy monitoring. For premium sites and new builds — wired KNX and Loxone buses: industrial reliability with a lifespan of decades. For finished interiors — wireless Zigbee / Matter solutions with no chasing of walls. All scenarios in a single app, integrated with video surveillance and access control.
Warranty & post-warranty maintenance
A security system only works for years with regular maintenance. We arrange servicing both for our own sites and for systems installed by other contractors: diagnostics, prevention, firmware updates, camera cleaning, archive and backup-power checks — works on technical protection systems are performed by licensed specialists. For business — SLA contracts with guaranteed response times and remote technical monitoring on our own cloud capacity (EU servers): we learn about a failure before you do.
